January 9 – Ocean Wise 3 year anniversary event Beyond went swimming with the fish yesterday at the Vancouver Aquarium to Celebrate the three-year anniversary of their Ocean Wise seafood conservation program. Set up in the main foyer, beyond was one of 10 Vancouver restaurants in the program to offer up samplers of our Oceanwise menu items. |
This past weekend, crooner Karen Holness and “Jazz, Baby” performed a special show at the Century Plaza Hotel & Spa’s beyond restaurant + lounge for Entertainment Tonight Canada. On February 16th, ET Canada Host Erin Cebula interviewed the songstress in a penthouse suite on the 30th floor of the hotel while the crew taped Holness as she primped for her performance. After trying on numerous designer gowns, Holness decided on the perfect one and was ready to hit the stage. The ET Canada crew retired to beyond restaurant + lounge for dinner, and to take in the sounds of “Jazz, Baby”. Watch for us in March when the interview appears on ET Canada.
